AŞAMA 1: ÖN KONTROL SÜRECİ / STAGE 1: PRE-CHECK PROCESS

Process Steps

Başlangıç (Sisteme Yükleme):
Çalışma, Uluslararası Etnopedagoji Dergisi sistemine yüklenir.

Submission (System Upload):
The study is uploaded to the International Journal of Ethnopedagogy system.

Kontrol Noktası 1

Kapsam ve Format:
Çalışma, derginin amaç, etnopedagojik odak/kapsam ve yazım kurallarına uygun yüklenmiş mi? (Şablon kaynakça vb.)
• HAYIR: Yazım kuralları ile ilgili durumlarda revizyon istenir, odak/kapsam dışı ise makale doğrudan reddedilir.
• EVET: İntihal kontrolüne geçilir.

Check Point 1

Scope & Formatting:
Is the manuscript compliant with the journal's aims, ethnopedagogical scope, and author guidelines?
• NO: Revisions will be requested for issues related to writing style and grammar; manuscript will be rejected outright if they are outside the focus/scope.
• YES: Proceed to plagiarism screening.

İntihal Kontrolü:
Çalışmanın benzerlik oranı dergi baraj değerinin (%20 altı) altında mı?
• HAYIR: Çalışma reddedilir ve ya yazara düzeltmesi için geri gönderilir.
• EVET: Editör kuruluna atanarak hakem sürecine geçirilir.

Plagiarism Screening:
Is the similarity index below the journal's threshold criteria (<20%)?
• NO: The manuscript will either be rejected or returned to the author for revision.
• YES: Forwarded to the Editorial Board for peer review.

AŞAMA 2: HAKEM DEĞERLENDİRME SÜRECİ / STAGE 2: PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Süreç Adımları

Process Steps

Editör ve Hakem Atama:
Editör Kurulu veya Alan Editörü, çalışmayı değerlendirmek üzere en az iki bağımsız dış hakem atar (Çift kör hakemlik).

Editor & Reviewer Assignment:
The Editorial Board or Section Editor assigns at least two independent external reviewers (Double-blind peer review).

Hakem Kararları & Değerlendirme:
• İki Red: Çalışma reddedilir.
• Kabul / Revizyon: Hakemler düzeltme talep ettiyse yazar aşamasına geçilir.
• Görüş Ayrılığı: Bir kabul, bir red durumunda çalışma üçüncü bir hakeme gönderilir.

Review Decisions & Evaluation:
• Two Rejections: The manuscript is rejected.
• Accept / Revision: If modifications are requested, the process moves to the author revision step.
• Split Decisions: In case of conflicting reports, the paper is sent to a 3rd reviewer.

AŞAMA 3: REVİZYON, MİZANPAJ VE YAYIN / STAGE 3: REVISION, LAYOUT & PUBLICATION

Yazar Revizyonu:
Yazar, hakem ve editör önerileri doğrultusunda gerekli düzeltmeleri tamamlar ve belirtilen sürede sisteme yükler.

Author Revision:
The author modifies the manuscript based on reviewer and editor suggestions and uploads it within the given deadline.

Son Kontroller ve Onay:
Yapılan revizyonlar kontrol edilir. Yeterliyse kabul kararı verilir; yetersizse ek revizyon veya red uygulanır.

Final Review & Approval:
Revisions are checked. If satisfactory, it is accepted; if not, additional changes are requested or it is rejected.

Dizgi, Mizanpaj ve Yayın:
Kabul edilen makale işleme alınır, kurumsal şablona göre mizanpajı yapılır, son okumadan geçerek elektronik olarak yayınlanır.

Typesetting, Layout & Publication:
The accepted manuscript will be processed, formatted to the official journal layout, proofread, and published online.
